SBTET-AP UPLOADING OF ATTENDANCE AND UNIT TEST MARKS FOR THE STUDENTS ADMITTED IN 2017-18(IST YEAR C-16).

It is informed that more than 3600 student records are not updated in Bio Data module till today. (A list enclosed). Once the data is updated, the same will be pushed to Student portal for uploading the Attendance and Unit Test Marks. The student records updated by the respective colleges are already pushed to the portal for uploading the attendance and unit test marks.
Hence all the Principals are requested to bestow their personnel attention and issue necessary instructions to the concerned Head of Sections to upload the attendance (Fortnight wise) regularly by 20th for 1St fortnight and 5th of the next month for the 2nd fortnight and unit test marks of the 1st year C-16 students who admitted in the academic year 2017-18 immediately without any delay. The link <Biodata> will be replaced from the student portal by 15-11-2017.
It is further informed that the SM marks required for various subjects pertaining to backlog candidates appeared for Oct/Nov-2017 Diploma Examinations are placed in the <oldsmmarks> of student portal. All the Principals are requested to issue necessary instructions to verify and upload the marks pertaining to backlog candidates at the earliest.
