SBTET –C-14/C16 Scheme - Diploma Examination – Moderation for the available Question Papers  – Deputation of staff – Request – Regarding.

              With reference to the subject cited above, the Secretary, State Board of Technical Education and Training, A.P., Vijayawada is pleased to draft the staff from Polytechnics, for moderation of question papers for Diploma Examination in two spells.
               The Principals of the Polytechnics concerned are requested to relieve the staff members mentioned in Annexure I & II so as to report to the O/o Secretary, SBTET, Guntur (GPW, Guntur Campus) for Moderation camp at 11-00 A.M as per schedule. ie Staff listed in Annexure I should report on 05-09-2017 and Staff listed in Annexure II should report on  07-09-2017. Their services may be required for two to three days for the task.









               The absence of the staff drafted for this purpose will be treated as on duty and they are eligible for T.A. and D.A. and remuneration, which will be paid through online as per rules.
               The staff members are also requested to carry the standard text books of their respective branches, calculators and Syllabus book/ copy of syllabus as the Board shall not have sufficient text Books.
