   With reference to the subject cited above, the Principals of all Polytechnics are informed that the admission process into I year courses is completed by 25-07-2017 vide reference cited above. Therefore the Principals are requested to verify the data pertaining to the diploma students admitted in the A Y 2017-18, through “Biodata” link of student portal for updating data. The HODs are already using their login credentials.
In this context, all the Principals are requested to inform the concerned Head of Sections to upload the PIN, Aadhar number, Photos and other relevant details called for. Instructions shall be issued to verify the Photos before and after loading into to database. Don’t upload unclear and irrelevant photos. The Module doesn’t allow to modifycertain data field viz. name, father’s name, shift etc, which are already available. If any correction is required in the existing data, the Polytechnics have to get the ratification order for the modified data, and then only the corrections will be taken up in the portal.
