With reference to the subject cited, the Secretary, SBTET invites the attention of the Principals of the Government/Aided/Private Un-aided/2nd Shift Polytechnics in existing Engineering Colleges for enrollment of e-pass and uploading the students data for sanction of renewal and fresh Scholarships for the Academic calendar 2017-18 and also informed to submit the hard copies of uploaded e-pass applications to reach this office on or before 19-08-2017 for e-pass confirmation.

The Principals of the Government/Aided/Private Un-aided/2nd shift Polytechnics in existing Engineering Colleges are informed to submit the hard copies of registered uploaded e-pass applications within the stipulated time for confirmation. Failing which the Principals will be held responsible for e-pass confirmation.
