The State Board Of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) held the diploma examinations in the months of March and April 2017 to all the polytechnic students.Both states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Boards held these examinations successfully.After the separation of states SBTET is also separated.TS SBTET has conducts the diploma examinations in March/April as well as AP SBTET also conducts these examinations with a few days gap.These examinations are held for different curriculum students like C-16,C-14 ,C-09 and ER-91 students.

In every year SBTET has conducts the examinations for the polytechnic students twice a year.This external examinations are held on summer and winter seasons. The summer examinations are held on March ad April months ,the winter examinations are conducted on October and November months.


In the previous year SBTET diploma examinations are conducted on March/April and these examinations results are announced on May last week and June 1st week.All results are not declare on same date.They release this results one by one based on curriculum.This year we expect that March/April results are may be declare on May last week /June first week.

The Diploma course is 3 years,in the first year only one semester was held,where as in 2nd year and 3rd year 3rd,4th,5th and 6th semesters are conducted.In the summer march/April examinations are held only for 1st year and 4th,6th semesters only.Where as the winter October/November examinations are conducted for 3rd and 5th semesters.After the secondary school education students can join either diploma/intermediate. To join in the students need to qualify the Entrance exam named POLYCET/ceep.

This year also both states conducts the March/April examinations.
